Guard from UNICAN®. Made from heavy steel channel bars, and
securely locked on 3/8" steel mounting bolts, File Guard is easy to install, fits on
all standard filing cabinets, and is protected by a durable black or almond finish.
Available in four locking options, the PBL option provides the added convenience of
changeable, personalized, pushbutton combinations. Other options include: Standard and
Self-Storing for use with padlocks, and File Guard with Built-In Keyway Lock.
With the PBL option, you can choose your own personal combination, then follow the
easy step by step instructions to set your code in the privacy of your office. To lock
simply slide the File Guard onto the bottom mounting bolt and lock into place on the top
bolt. To access your files, just push the correct sequence of buttons, turn the knob, and
remove the bar. If you change personnel, or wish to change the code for any reason, just
remove the bar using your personal combination and follow the simple step by step
instructions to change the combination. This eliminates key control problems and makes
File Guard and inexpensive one-time investment in long-term security.
